The Annual Peace Poster Competition is officially here! In collaboration with the Englewood Lions Club, our middle school-aged students were challenged to visually express what peace means to them through this year’s inspiring theme: “Harmony in Humanity.” 🕊️🌍
Our 6th Grade Art 1 students from L.A. Ainger Middle School poured their hearts, creativity, and incredible persistence into their artwork—resulting in over 150 amazing submissions! 👏🖌️
After careful review, our teachers and staff had the tough job of choosing the Top 10:
🏆 Daniel Gonzalez🏆 Riley Hornborg🏆 Maisie Pacinelli🏆 Isabella Rivera🏆 Kylie Eller🏆 Silas Bull🏆 Anastasia Zessin🏆 Katelyn Reed🏆 Jessica Goldstandt🏆 Isabelle Kalin
These 10 outstanding posters are now advancing to the next round of judging, where 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will receive special prizes and a dinner ceremony hosted by the Englewood Lions! 🏅🍽️✨
A massive congratulations to our Top 10, and a huge round of applause to EVERY student who created a work of art for this competition. We are so proud of your hard work, imagination, and vision for peace! 🕊️❤️🎨
