Counseling Resources for Outside Services
Mental health is important at every stage of life. Addressing mental health needs in school is critically important because 1 in 5 children and youth have a diagnosable emotional, behavioral, or mental health disorder. Furthermore, 1 in 10 young people have a mental health challenge that is severe enough to impair how they function at home, school, or the community.
If you are a caregiver (parent, guardian, grandparent, etc.) of a student and in need of mental health resources, we encourage you to visit the links below. There are various resources available in Charlotte County and in the surrounding counties.
