🎷 FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS & PATRIOTIC PRIDE: History and harmony came together on Friday, September 11th, for Middle School Band Night! Our phenomenal 8th-grade band members took the field alongside the Lemon Bay High School Marching Mantas! 🎺 Highlighting the night was a deeply moving, solemn performance of the National Anthem in honor of 9/11. From honoring our heroes pregame to jamming out in the stands and cheering on the halftime show, our Cougars proved they belong on the big stage! 🇺🇸✨

💃 DANCE TEAM DEBUT: Hold up! Did you see that halftime show?! Our L.A. Ainger Dance Team officially took the court for their very first performance of the season at Thursday’s home game! They brought the heat, set the crowd on fire, and proved that Cougar nation has serious rhythm! 🌟🔥

🏀 HOOPS & HARD-EARNED GROWTH: Our basketball teams took on Punta Gorda Middle in a thrilling home matchup!

• 🏀 Lady Cougars: Continued their absolute reign of dominance with a staggering 34-4 victory! Defense, hustle, and pure magic on the court!
• 🏀 Cougars: Talk about relentless growth! After a tough loss earlier this season, our boys showed up hungry and pushed back hard. Though the game ended in a 63-26 loss, the numbers tell the real story: after a rapid start from Punta Gorda, our boys settled in, dug deep, and held their own sitting at 31-16 at halftime! That is massive improvement, pure grit, and proof that this team never backs down! 💪
