It's already November! Can you believe it?! November is a really exciting month because in just 6 days is our annual Color Run! We are SO excited for it and cannot wait to have an incredible night with our amazing Ainger families!
We are in search of volunteers to donate or help assemble holiday surprises for our teachers. If you are able to help, please reach out via email so we can add you to our list! (aingerpto@gmail.com)
November SAC/PTO Meeting
Tuesday November 10th
Join us for our monthly SAC/PTO meetings in the Media Center at Ainger, starting at 5:30 p.m. We respect your time and keep our meetings to 60 minutes or less.
You can join us in person or watch our live stream on our Facebook page. Please note that due to potential internet connectivity issues, we aren't always able to stream.
Cougar Color Run & Family BBQ
Get ready for a night of fun, food, & family! Join us for the Cougar Color Run & Family BBQ on Friday, November 7th, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. (Rain date: November 14th).
NOTE: This is a family event and parents/guardians are expected to join us with their student.
How it works:
Runners will complete a designated route around Ainger while our high school volunteers throw powdered color at them at various stations. Participants are always so colorful by the end!
How to Participate:
·
Earn a FREE shirt: Have friends and family donate to your fundraiser!
Every student who raises at least $50 gets a free Color Run T-shirt. Register your student at
https://tinyurl.com/AingerPTOFundraise & share the link. Shirts will be given out at the registration table on the night of the event. Fundraiser site closes on November 5th!
· Purchase a shirt: T-shirts will be available for purchase at our registration table for $20 & are available on a first-come, first-served basis, though sizes will be limited.
Food & Vendors at the Color Run:
We'll have two food vendors on-site so your family can grab dinner. Hippie Squeeze Lemonade & Blacken Blues BBQ. Both vendors are donating a portion of their proceeds back to the PTO. Bring your friends and family and come hungry!
How Can You Help with the Color Run?
We are always looking for volunteers for our Color Run! Both parents and high school students! If you have a high schooler who is interested in face painting or being one of our color throwers, reach out to us via email & we can chat! Students will receive volunteer credit and must bring their volunteer form.
Get Involved with PTO!
We know how busy life can be, so we offer many ways to support our school—you don't need to commit a lot of time to make a difference. Whether you volunteer for an event, make a financial donation, share our Facebook posts, or simply give an hour of your time, any & all support is welcome!
